Talent Acquisition Specialist

A career-defining opportunity awaits a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

  • Drive the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and deliver proactive recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to secure top-quality candidates at competitive rates.
  • Create effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
  • Promote a strong employer brand through collaboration with our communications team.
  • Work with our finance department to accurately forecast future headcount and create a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Improve our recruitment system and processes for efficient and transparent workflows.
  • Build relationships with universities, industry groups, and other sources of high-potential talent.
  • Foster an inclusive hiring culture and develop a strong diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) focused talent pipeline.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in engineering and/or professional services.
  • A proven track record of scaling teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Able to identify and evaluate candidates for role fit and company culture alignment.
  • Adaptable and able to pivot priorities in response to evolving business needs.
  • Dedicated to improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies.
