Job Description\

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our high-performing account management team in Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, strengthening relationships with employers and members, and representing the organisation at industry events.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing account management team, providing clear direction, coaching, and development.
  • Drive growth and retention by strengthening relationships with employers and members while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and partner functions, building strong networks and partnerships.
  • Collaborate strategically with internal teams and regional managers to deliver on state targets and enhance client service programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold the organisation's values in everything you do.
\Requirements\

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and account management within the superannuation industry or financial services sector. They will also possess strong networking and relationship-building skills, as well as experience in developing and implementing successful account management and sales strategies.

  • Proven track record of leadership and account management within the superannuation industry or financial services sector.
  • Experience in motivating, leading, coaching and managing a high-performing Account Management team.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful account management and sales strategies, including the development and growth of strong B2B relationships.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a track record of driving growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the industrial relations environment and superannuation issues (eg. State/Federal Awards and EBAs).
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (Desirable).
  • RG 146 compliant.
