Research Position in Neuroscience

This research-focused position presents an exciting opportunity to investigate the hypothesised sleep function centered on optimising attention by measuring prediction error signals in the brain.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of a research program, produce high-quality research outputs, participate in research funding applications, collaborate on joint research projects, and utilise best practice research methodologies.

  • Research: Produce high-quality research outputs, participate in research funding applications, collaborate on joint research projects, develop a research program, and utilise best practice research methodologies.
  • Supervision and Researcher Development: Contribute to supervision of students (as appropriate), manage researcher development, provide performance feedback, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
  • Citizenship and Service: Develop partnerships, demonstrate leadership through mentoring, engage in internal service roles and committees, perform administrative functions, and uphold university values.
