Research Scientist Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist Lead to join our team. As a key member of our research group, you will be responsible for leading and growing a team of high-performing research scientists who are advancing the future of AI at scale.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of coaching and impact, with expert knowledge and experience in GANs, Diffusion Models, VAEs, and Autoregressive Models. They will also possess deep skills in ML, AI, or foundational model development and training, and enjoy being hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow a team of research scientists to advance the future of AI at scale.
  • Set strategic research direction and ensure the translation of research into meaningful product capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to embed cutting-edge AI into delightful user experiences.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science or related field.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in GANs, Diffusion Models, VAEs, and Autoregressive Models.
  • Deep skills in ML, AI, or foundational model development and training.
  • Proven track record of coaching and impact.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
