**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Management Lead to manage the strategic and operational aspects of our organisation.

This includes business development, risk management, monitoring financial performance, contract management, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and partnership development.

**Key Responsibilities**

Leading a team of 30 staff, delegates day-to-day operational management to the management team.

Contribute to strategic planning for future development, lead annual action plan to achieve objectives, workforce planning, and sustainable high-quality service delivery.

Negotiate funding, community profiling, resource and support board of directors, meet contract monitoring and reporting requirements.

Attract and recruit staff, implement performance management systems, convene meetings, ensure culturally safe service, and undertake cultural obligations as required.

**Requirements**

5 years' experience in senior management role within health and community services sector, ability to lead multidisciplinary team, business management skills, high level interpersonal and communication skills.

Understanding of legal and regulatory environment, knowledge of ICT, data and records management systems, high level written communication skills.

Able to be flexible about hours and days of work, undertake intrastate and interstate travel.
