Night Duty Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Fairhaven Hervey Bay Aged Care Service. As a Night Duty Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and interventions, and monitoring resident health status and progress.
- Liaise with a multidisciplinary team to develop, implement, and monitor bespoke care plans.
- Monitor and document resident health status and progress, making referrals as needed.
- Provide education and support to families about health conditions and medications.
- Guide and support our team of dedicated care workers.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- A National Police Check or ability to obtain.
- Active CPR Certificate.
