About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Uniting Salamander Bay. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating resident care plans to meet the individual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Develop and implement resident care plans that meet individual needs
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide high-quality care to residents
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure high-quality care
  • Practice in a holistic way, using critical decision-making skills to lead the team
