Training Services Coordinator

This role involves overseeing the management of training services, ensuring the day-to-day organization of the function is efficient and effective. Key responsibilities include coordinating training calendars, resources, and centres across the business, as well as liaising with operational planners to align training with outage schedules.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, logistics, and coordination, with experience working with training calendars, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and compliance systems. They will also possess an understanding of Registered Training Organisations (RTO) and compliance training processes.
