Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent accounting skills and be able to prepare accurate financial records, maintain general ledger accountability, and support special projects as assigned.

This is a full-time position requiring strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with 4+ years of accounting experience preferred. Additionally, knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial controls, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, and excellent prioritization and time management skills are required.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the general ledger by recording transactions, ensuring accuracy, and preparing journal entries.
  • Assist in the monthly close process, including preparation of account reconciliations.
  • Audit and verify transaction documents.
  • Prepare reports, including financial records and statements for management.
  • Investigate variance issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • MBA or CPA certification, preferred.
  • 4+ years of accounting experience, preferred.
  • Knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial controls.
  • Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
