Administration Officer Job Description

The Administration Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the effective management of student information, enrolments, attendance, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate student records in the ESIS system.
  • Prepare and submit reports for government agencies and internal school use.
  • Manage data related to daily attendance roll, enrolments, student transfers, attendance, and wellbeing records.

This role also supports the smooth daily operation of the school office through general administration and reception duties.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school administration systems.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
