Through linking core curriculum areas, the staff community strives for relevance and authenticity for their teaching and learning programs to assist the children to develop skills for an enriching, active and purposeful future.About the Role The Student Welfare Officer plays a vital role in supporting the well-being of students by providing pastoral care services and fostering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment.
Working closely with the Principal and broader school community, the Student Welfare Officer implements wellbeing strategies, accompanies students on excursions, and coordinates volunteer activities that strengthen connections between students and their communities.
They also engage with families through workshops and meetings, contributing to a whole-school approach to student care.
