Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate lawyer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services and supporting the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand case issues, managing expectations independently, conducting and managing new client enquiries, and maintaining regular communication with clients.

Collaboration and Support:
  • Liaise with other senior lawyers and counsel as required to clarify and resolve complex legal issues
  • Supervise, mentor and support junior lawyers and legal support staff when required
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Produce quality letters of advice in a timely manner
  • Draft court documents when required
  • Conduct file reviews to identify any key issues

Ideally, you will have a degree qualification and at least 3+ years post-admission experience. You will also possess previous experience in Industrial and/or Employment Law and/or Federal and State industrial commissions, a personal understanding and affinity for the trade union movement, and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
