This employment lawyer position presents a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and prestigious Australian corporate law firm's Sydney-based Employment & Industrial Relations practice. The ideal candidate will be an intermediate-level lawyer with a proven track record in employment law.
Litigation matters, including breach of contract, consumer law breaches, general protections, underpayment claims, unfair dismissal claims, and equity cases, are key aspects of this role. Additionally, drafting employment contracts and policies (covering equity and non-equity compensation plans) is also crucial.
The successful candidate will provide advice on statutory entitlements, industrial instruments (such as Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements), termination of employment, redundancy, restraints, and transfer of business issues. Furthermore, they will advise on and negotiate enterprise agreements with employees and trade unions.

Requirements:- A solicitor with 2-4 years' experience in employment law from a recognized practice.
