Assistant Retail Manager

What You'll Do:

We are looking for an experienced supervisor who has a passion for retail, a love of customers and a drive to deliver results to support the achievement of our vision and purpose. The successful candidate will assist the team at Hobart to achieve financial and customer experience targets, promote our brand as the destination for Health and Beauty, and maximise sales while controlling store expenses.

You'll inspire and lead the store team to deliver a customer-focused shopping experience, make customers fall in love with our products through visual merchandising, be responsible for profitable store operations, lead by example on loss prevention and health & safety, and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of marketing campaigns and customer loyalty programs.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess several years of retail experience, demonstrated supervisor experience in a retail environment, strong commercial acumen and communication skills at all levels, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
