About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Management System (BMS) Service Technician to join our team in Tasmania. As a key member of our Digital Buildings business, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers to maximize their energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the breakdown and maintenance of Building Management Systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers, identifying opportunities for energy savings and suggesting improvements to our products.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery is met and achieved within budget and time constraints, prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Practice a high degree of safety awareness, adhering to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Participate in on-call duties from time to time, working collaboratively with the team to resolve technical issues and provide 24/7 support.
Requirements
  • Hold an unrestricted Electrical License and possess a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Be a customer-centric individual with a drive for quality, committed to delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Have a passion for learning and a willingness to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in building management systems and energy efficiency solutions.
