About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior CDP to join our culinary team at the Art Gallery of NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Reporting to the Sous Chef and Executive Chef, you will work closely with our team to ensure efficient food production and quality control. You will also have the opportunity to run your own section and contribute to the development of new menu ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior CDP who is passionate about cooking and has a strong commitment to quality and customer service. You will have a Cert III Commercial Cookery qualification and experience in a fast-paced cafe or events environment. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
