Job Title: Talent Development Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to spearhead the creation and delivery of innovative training programs. This role involves collaboration with colleagues globally to develop initiatives that enhance performance and support talent growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage learning programs for new hires, including partnering with stakeholders to identify program needs, selecting relevant content, and overseeing execution.
  • Facilitate instructor-led workshops and learning events on various topics, such as professional skills, team building, onboarding, graduate, and intern programming.
  • Create eLearning and on-demand content to support self-paced learning.
  • Design and deliver self-development/professional development content and curriculum to support ongoing growth.
  • Support the implementation and administration of a Learning Management System in the APAC region.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to deliver internal and external speaker series, design learning experiences, and identify digital resources for professional development.
  • Support performance management training initiatives for employees.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in an L&D role, with at least 3 years delivering and facilitating training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong meeting and training facilitation skills.
  • Experience facilitating virtual learning sessions.
  • eLearning training and digital resources design and development experience.
  • Collaboration and partnering skills, including strong listening and questioning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • A growth mindset, curiosity, and ability to adapt to firm needs.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual comfortable taking initiative and executing high-quality work product.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
