Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Team Leader to support our day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer service, including welcoming patients, collecting patient details, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and reception duties.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks and supporting team members.
  • Opening and closing the Medical Centre.
  • Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Meeting operational targets and deadlines.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Pracsoft/MedTech advantageous.
