About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Professional to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in assisting with day-to-day HR administration and supporting the People and Culture function.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including responding to enquiries and providing information as required.
- Assist with research and sourcing information for HR projects.
- E nsure compliance across all HR matters.
- Contribute to the development of HR reporting metrics.
- Support key HR Projects working closely with the HR Business Partners.
- Participate in HR meetings to stay informed about key timelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience in an HR Administrative role or a related field.
- A strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
