As a key member of the VMCH team, the Admissions Support Officer will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming admissions process for new residents and their families. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident admissions, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to prospective residents and their families, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Support the clinical team by arranging meeting facilities and catering for larger meetings, and taking minutes.
About You
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, ideally within the aged care sector. You will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be able to communicate with compassion and patience, and take pride in your work. You will also have a keen eye for detail, display initiative and common sense when making decisions or solving problems, and be a natural people-person who enjoys working in a team environment.
