As Investigations and Governance Manager, you will lead the development of processes to investigate incidents across various industries. This pivotal position will support operational teams in managing quality and applying risk-based action planning using the hierarchy of control.

The Investigations and Governance Manager is responsible for managing HSE investigation quality and performing governance activities across HSEQ programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing investigation modules for HSEQ and Operations.
  • Coaching teams to improve investigation accuracy and consistency.
  • Establishing best-practice investigation methods for all incidents.
  • Guiding teams in identifying effective corrective actions.
  • Driving continuous improvement of investigation and incident management procedures.

Governance responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing HSEQ governance policies and frameworks.
  • Reviewing HSEQ outputs for compliance with standards.
  • Providing training and support on governance responsibilities.

Crisis Management and Business Continuity responsibilities involve:

  • Developing and maintaining robust crisis and business continuity plans.
  • Facilitating risk identification and scenario planning.

Essential qualifications include 5 years' experience in incident investigation, strong knowledge of governance frameworks, excellent communication skills, and proven crisis management experience.
