Investigation Leadership Position
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead investigations and drive continuous improvement of incident management procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead high-potential or significant investigations using ICAM methodologies;
- Develop and deliver training on psychosocial incident investigation techniques;
- Design and implement HSEQ governance policies and best practices;
- Conduct weekly reviews of injury and illness data to ensure accurate classification;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in incident investigation;
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and quality assurance practices;
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills;
- Strong organisational and task management capabilities;
- Demonstrated ethical conduct aligned with professional standards and corporate values;
