
Part-Time Financial Administrator

Job Description:
The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support by producing timely and accurate financial reports, meeting reporting obligations, monitoring tender opportunities, managing records, and arranging meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Produce high-quality financial reports that meet the team's requirements
- Reporting Obligations: Ensure timely submission of reports as per the set deadlines
- Tender Opportunities: Monitor and identify potential tender opportunities for the team
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all team activities
- Meeting Arrangements: Coordinate and arrange meetings as required
Requirements:
- Part-time position with flexible working hours

- Able to make reasonable decisions and work independently
- Hold a current security clearance or obtain one prior to commencement
