Our Claims Administration and Income Support team is part of our Operations in Management Group, responsible for financial and administrative aspects of claims management service. Our Operations contribute to our purpose to promote safe and healthy work by delivering high-quality, tailored, innovative client-centric claims management services enhancing health and return to work outcomes and client experience.
The team is responsible for all claim income support including assessment, assurance, payment, and recoveries. They are also responsible for claim registration, information capture, and invoice processing. The Claims Contact Centre receives, triages, and handles incoming business-related telephone calls.
Role OverviewThe Director leads, manages, and develops a multi-disciplinary service delivery team within Operations. The team is responsible for financial calculations and administrative transactional activities relating to claims management. The role leads continuous improvement initiatives developing and implementing these into business operations.
The Director ensures timely and effective delivery of financial calculations and administrative transactional activities critical to delivering a high-performing claims management service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multi-disciplinary service delivery team
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Mandatory: Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields such as finance, accounting, compensation, business, or management.
Eligibility:
- Character clearance (Australian Criminal History Check)
- Employee Health Declaration
- Six months probationary period for new engagements
- Able to obtain Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance
