We are seeking an accomplished Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist and Credit Management Expert to lead our credit function, driving end-to-end leadership and excellence in collections.
- Take full ownership of the Credit function, ensuring high performance and delivering results-driven leadership.
- Implement strategic initiatives to improve collection rates and reduce average days outstanding, leveraging data insights to drive business growth.
- Oversee complex account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies with precision.
- Drive continuous improvement and support system transformation initiatives, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to proactively manage outstanding debt, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual success.
- Coach and mentor your team, supporting development, succession, and high performance through targeted coaching and training.
- Monitor and analyse performance data, using actionable insights to drive improvements and inform business decisions.
This role requires 5+ years' experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Management role, with a proven track record in driving change and supporting system transformation. You will be a strong leader with a proactive, hands-on approach, able to work flexibly in a multi-stakeholder environment.
