Workplace Relations Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Relations Lawyer to join our growing team at Empire Group. As a Workplace Relations Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising clients on employment and industrial relations matters, as well as advocating in litigated disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on employment and industrial relations matters, including remuneration and termination issues
  • Represent clients in litigated disputes in the Fair Work Commission and State and Federal Courts
  • Provide Work Health and Safety advice and assess employment-related legal risks
  • Develop strategic and cohesive partnerships with clients
Requirements:
  • Experience in providing client training, presentations, and networking activities
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment and industrial relations law and procedures
