We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the automotive glazing industry, with a reputable employer like O'Brien Glass Industries Limited.


The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a variety of tasks, including windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), glass chip repairs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.


We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. Our flexible rostering system allows for penalties and overtime, ensuring that you can balance your work and personal life effectively.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Undertake the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our O'Brien Auto Technician Skills Development Program
  • Develop Auto Technician capabilities to repair and replace glass on any type of motor vehicle to Australian standards
  • Learn how to complete windscreen re-calibrations for ADAS
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Work in a professional and timely manner
