Your Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences during vehicle servicing, collaborating with technicians and communicating effectively with clients.

  • Greeting customers and verifying vehicle information, including make, model, and service or repair requirements
  • Providing estimates for repairs and maintenance services, explaining the work to be performed and offering recommendations for additional services
  • Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
  • Keeping customers informed about their vehicle's status
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Preparing and completing repair orders
  • Supporting team sales targets and conversion rates
  • Understanding revenue and profit targets
  • Performing administrative tasks, including data entry, invoicing, part returns, and correct allocation of part numbers

Requirements and Skills

We're looking for a motivated individual with:

  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Technical knowledge of automotive repairs and servicing (desirable)
  • Strong administrative and clerical skills
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective teamwork skills and ability to build positive workplace relationships
  • Flexibility to travel and work between centres
