Support Coordinator

This exciting role offers career progression, financial rewards and a work-life balance. The position involves engaging with participants and their informal support networks, building connections with local community services and NDIS contacts.

You will provide support coordination to our participants in the Wollongong area. This includes helping them understand their NDIS plan and available funding, designing their support framework within budget to achieve goals, and coordinating their plan budget.

The successful candidate will require strong communication skills, including listening, relationship building and administration skills. Experience in NDIS, COS or similar roles is desirable.
