As a Graduate in our Risk and Investigations team, you will play an integral role in helping clients tackle complex challenges in risk and resilience. Our team brings together experts from various disciplines to deliver practical, industry-informed solutions across operational, compliance, conduct, and reputational risk.

">Job Description:
  • Supporting clients with risk transformation and change, including assessments of risk frameworks, controls, governance, and accountability.
  • Delivering independent reviews and advisory projects across operational, reputational, and conduct risk, identifying issues and delivering practical solutions.
  • Helping clients modernize how they manage risk and obligations, implementing risk technologies, building dashboards, and improving data insights for better decision-making.
  • Participating in client meetings, workshops, and interviews with senior stakeholders to understand real-world challenges.
  • Preparing draft reports, presentations, and visual materials that clearly communicate risks, issues, and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Soft skills such as empathy and respect, ability to understand and recognize clients' needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
