About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate psychologist to join our team in Western Sydney. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge Virtual Reality (VR) tools designed specifically for exposure therapy and phobia treatment.

As a Registered Psychologist, you will deliver specialist treatment for phobias using a blend of traditional and VR-enhanced exposure therapies. You will provide tailored, evidence-based interventions to clients from various funding backgrounds and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance and focus on person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Fully registered with AHPRA as a Psychologist (clinical endorsement highly regarded but not essential).
  • Experience or strong interest in treating phobias and anxiety disorders.
  • Comfortable using or learning to use Virtual Reality technology as part of treatment.
  • Skilled in delivering a range of therapeutic modalities.
