Job Title: Reproductive Care Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fulfill a key role in patient care. This position requires a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in fertility treatment and patient support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care throughout the entire treatment process
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients during their journey
  • Collaborate closely with medical professionals to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on their treatment options and medication protocols
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including clinical data entry and administrative tasks
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in fertility or reproductive medicine
  • Proficiency in venipuncture procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with online platforms
