Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead to shape the future of infrastructure in Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, engaging with stakeholders, and developing project delivery frameworks. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

  • Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including government officials, consultants, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement project delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering – Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management.
  • RPEQ or CPEng accreditation (or working towards it) is highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to time management.
