We're seeking talented engineers to kickstart their careers with our structured Graduate Development Program.

This program is designed to build technical, leadership, and behavioral skills. You'll develop digital, communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills – essential for a future-ready career.

You'll work on major civil infrastructure projects with both contractor and government clients, gaining mentorship, technical training, and opportunities to work on-site with construction partners. With offices across Australia, you'll have the chance to work on various projects, including bridge and tunnel design, utilities, digital engineering, drainage and flooding design and analysis.

We foster a vibrant graduate community with regular events, including knowledge-sharing sessions. You'll also gain global exposure through our Expedition DNA program, focusing on digital transformation and innovation.
