We're committed to driving business growth and prosperity for our customers. As an Agribusiness Relationship Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in helping your clients achieve their goals and thrive in the market.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of your customers' needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations while aligning with our business objectives.
- Identify new business prospects and opportunities within your community to attract new agribusiness clients to our portfolio.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement localized engagement strategies that drive successful outcomes for our customers, communities, and organization.
- Pursue profitable growth for your region by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving exceptional results.
- Support the success of your team by mentoring and developing the skills of your colleagues across the region.
- A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related field.
- The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current driver's license.
We're looking for someone who can bring:
- Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
- Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
- Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.
- The capacity to think creatively and develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.
