Engineering Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Leader to oversee the execution of complex engineering projects, including heavy lift activities.

This is a unique opportunity to work on one of the largest projects in the world, with a focus on sustainable production processes and community benefits.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction and engineering, with expertise in heavy lift operations, rigging design, and structural analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • To develop and implement effective project management strategies, incorporating risk assessment and mitigation techniques.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of project objectives.
  • To analyze project data and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in construction and engineering, with a strong background in project management.
  • Expertise in heavy lift operations, rigging design, and structural analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze project data and metrics.
