An opportunity exists for a Mechanical Project Engineerto workon one of our client sites, with peer review and Engineering support provided by the Wave International team.
Ideal for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer withexperience in the mining resources sector, this position offers the opportunity to tackle complex challenges and collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team on high-impact projects Position Information & Skill Requirements: Site based experience on projects preferably with an EPCM or consultant side Familiar with the design process and drawing management from concept to delivery Maintain transparent dialogue with client and Wave International to ensure communication is maintained, and a supportive, robust relationship continues Writing and reviewing internal documentation ensuring overall quality management Assist in coordinating works within the different departments as per project requirements Reviewing monthly progress reports, reviewing invoices and claims / variations Preparing tendering documentation including scope of works, and evaluating tenders Reviewing schedules and expediting deliverables from design team Well-rounded balanced in both technical ability and consulting Proven engineering experience in a consultancy and/or site role16th July, 2025 Wave Internationalis a resource development firm, with ~25 years of global experience in engineering, project delivery, project and asset management, and provides project strategies and solutions across battery minerals, mineral sands, bulk commodities and more.

Please note: This is a casual position supporting a project over a 10–12 week period, with a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) arrangement to a site located within a few hours from Perth.
