Job Title: Youth Justice Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Youth Justice Worker. As a key member of our workforce, you will play a critical role in supporting young people in custody, helping them to turn their lives around and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide support and guidance to young people in custody, promoting a safe and secure environment
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, families, and colleagues
* Participate in daily operations, including supervision, monitoring, and responding to incidents
* Collaborate with other services, including health and mental health providers, educators, and disability organisations
