Job Title

This is a part-time role on a fixed roster of at least 10 hours per week to work with participants living independently in homes across the Central Coast.

About The Opportunity

This permanent part-time position offers a minimum of 20 hours or more per fortnight across the Central Coast, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts up to 76 hours a fortnight. We operate from 7am to 8pm environment (no awake shifts) - minimum 3 hours per shift.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Aiding with daily life activities both at home and in the community, including medication administration, personal care, meal preparation and cleaning, etc.
  2. Supporting individuals with their educational and work-related endeavours.
  3. Facilitating access to various community, social, and recreational activities.
  4. Assisting with transportation to enable access to daily activities and engagements using a company car.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or studying towards a course in Disability, Allied Health or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in disability or aged care are desirable but not mandatory.
  • NSW Drivers license (can be on Green P Plates).
  • Possession of a valid NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check is necessary.
  • Holding a current First Aid Certificate is also a necessary qualification.
