
Life Skills Coordinator

This is a part-time role on a fixed roster of at least 10 hours per week to work with participants living independently in homes across the Central Coast.
About The OpportunityThis permanent part-time position offers a minimum of 20 hours or more per fortnight across the Central Coast, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts up to 76 hours a fortnight. We operate from 7am to 8pm environment (no awake shifts) - minimum 3 hours per shift.
Key Responsibilities- Aiding with daily life activities both at home and in the community, including medication administration, personal care, meal preparation and cleaning, etc.
- Supporting individuals with their educational and work-related endeavours.
- Facilitating access to various community, social, and recreational activities.
- Assisting with transportation to enable access to daily activities and engagements using a company car.
- Certificate III or studying towards a course in Disability, Allied Health or equivalent.
- Previous experience in disability or aged care are desirable but not mandatory.
- NSW Drivers license (can be on Green P Plates).
- Possession of a valid NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check is necessary.
- Holding a current First Aid Certificate is also a necessary qualification.
