Business Manager - Operations Leadership

This is an exceptional opportunity to assume a leadership role in the operations of a renowned recruitment business. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing Sydney operations, leveraging your expertise to drive success across Labour Hire and Blue Collar recruitment sectors, including Manufacturing, Logistics, and Construction.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage all branch operations, encompassing financial management, service delivery, and team supervision.
  • BUILD AND DEVELOP STRATEGIC CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS ACROSS DIVERSE INDUSTRY SECTORS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities align with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
  • COACH AND MENTOR TEAM MEMBERS TO FOSTER THEIR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND SUCCESS.
  • Monitor and optimize branch profitability, reporting directly to the leadership team.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity.
  • A PASSION FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND EXPLORING INNOVATIVE OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE BUSINESS PERFORMANCE.
  • Proven expertise in Recruitment, preferably within Manufacturing, Logistics, and Construction sectors, including Labour Hire.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide clear direction.
  • Ability to lead by example and support the team in achieving its goals.
