Job Description

THE ROLE

As a Facility Cleaner, you will play a vital role in keeping our Centre spotless and ensuring it's always ready to welcome guests.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Ensuring that public areas such as exhibition halls, meeting rooms, corridors, foyers, balconies, bathroomsand back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.
- Ensuring that all guest requests for amenities and services are promptly fulfilled.
- Reporting maintenance issues and attending to special cleaning assignments.
- Assisting with guest enquiries inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

These are casual positions, with no set shifts or weekly hours. We are specifically looking for people who can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including days, nights and weekends

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

- Previous customer service experience in a busy customer facing role.
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace and physically demanding role.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- A genuine passion for helping people and contributing to a positive environment.
