Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate an all-hazards approach to disaster risk reduction.
  • Embed resilience into organisational policies and procedures.
  • Engage with internal teams and the community to promote preparedness and recovery strategies.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders including emergency management committees, community organisations, and government agencies.
  • Contribute to emergency management plans, business continuity frameworks, and crisis response strategies.
  • Support policy development and strategic planning related to community safety and organisational resilience.
Working Conditions
