A dedicated disaster recovery specialist is required to join our team in the Hunter area, working closely together to deliver top-notch restoration services. This isn't a short-term gig—it's a stable, full-time career where your efforts will directly help communities rebuild and thrive.
You'll play a key hands-on role in restoring disaster-damaged properties, working alongside our established team member(s) in the Hunter region. From initial assessments to full recovery, you'll gain expertise in essential techniques while providing vital support to affected homes and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate on flood clean-up, water extraction, drying, and mould remediation
- Operate specialized equipment (full training provided)
- Work in the field with team support and guidance from head office
- Deliver compassionate, professional service to clients during tough times
- Maintain detailed job records and adhere to proven protocols
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment Physically fit and ready for demanding, hands-on work Positive attitude, quick learner, and reliable team player Valid driver's licence (essential) Police clearance (or willingness to obtain) IICRC certification or industry knowledge is a strong advantage, but not essential
