We're launching in Australia and need to build a team of smart, ambitious experts to take ClearCompany to the next level of growth. With recent series C funding, led by KKR – our ANZ operation is the first step in our global expansion.

The Role

As our ANZ Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of marketing for the ANZ region – helping us build a quality, homogeneous pipeline to feed our sales function, increasing brand awareness and the profile of ClearCompany in ANZ. You'll own the GTM strategy, build campaigns and execute plans across the ANZ region. This role will work closely with our ANZ Country Leader and the ClearCompany HQ Marketing leaders – along with a number of agencies to help deliver a high-performing marketing function in ANZ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the ANZ region, incorporating both field and digital marketing efforts
  • Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns to engage with potential customers and drive interest in our solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing programs and campaigns
  • Analyse programme results and optimise marketing strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • Maintain open communication with regional sales leaders, sales reps, BDRs, and regional partners to ensure alignment and success

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record in SaaS/Technology marketing roles with 10+ years of experience
  • Familiarity with start-up environments and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
  • Hands-on, well-organised, and able to get things done efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and communicate effectively with remote management
  • Strong understanding of the marketing tech stack and experience with HubSpot is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to make data-driven decisions
