Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, craft engaging content, and coordinate internal communications. This role requires a proactive, organised, and creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing content including brochures, flyers, blog articles, newsletters, social media posts, and video briefs.
  • Manage social media scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting.
  • Assist with website updates and ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Assist in writing and proofreading content across internal and external communication channels.
  • Help coordinate events, sponsorships, and campaigns, including logistics, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Support internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and leadership messages.
  • Maintain marketing assets, image libraries, and ensure consistency with brand standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly individual with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience using social media platforms for business (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Basic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
