Marketing & Bid Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving both marketing and bid functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing, graphic design, or bid coordination, ready to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and project teams, helping shape the external brand and contribute directly to securing future work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Social Media & Content Creation - Showcase completed and ongoing projects through engaging, professional content
  • Bid & Tender Coordination - Collate and curate compelling submissions including project profiles, team bios, and case studies
  • Marketing & Communications Support - Assist with internal comms and marketing campaigns
  • Design & Brand Management - Ensure visual consistency across all outputs, including graphics for tenders using Adobe InDesign
  • Creative Input - Contribute ideas, storytelling, and visual flair to a passionate and dynamic team.

About you: We're looking for a detail-driven and creative communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. To be successful, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, graphic design or bids (construction highly regarded)
  • Strong written and visual communication skills - grammar and layout matter to you
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential
  • A proactive approach and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A sharp eye for detail and a passion for branding
