Job Title

We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Casual Merchandiser.

  • This is a key role where you will be responsible for negotiating, selling, and building displays to optimize store presence for products in the Grocery channel.

About the Role:

  • You will represent our brand in the Grocery channel, promoting products and services to Store Managers.
  • Negotiate and build displays to optimize store presence based on a weekly work plan.
  • Work autonomously, with support from a Territory Sales Manager, to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with Store Managers and represent our brand with pride, positivity, and passion.
  • Flexible hours, availability between Wednesday to Friday is essential, with additional hours on Monday and Tuesday during busy periods.

Requirements:

  • A current, valid driver's license and a safe reliable motor vehicle.
  • Physical ability to lift stock for building of displays and utilize creative point of sale.
  • Proficiency using a mobile device (provided) to collate data and photograph displays.
  • Ability to work safely and plan effectively to achieve commercial outcomes.
  • Full working rights.
