Energy Management Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Sustainability Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, and reporting carbon, energy, waste, and water metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement systems and processes for data collection and validation.
- Manage data in platforms such as Sphera, Envizi, Carbon Suite etc.
- Document and maintain process flows for energy, waste and water data.
- Perform quality checks and identify anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Energy teams to resolve data variances and maintain robust documentation.
- Generate reports for internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Support NGER reporting and audit processes.
Requirements:
- Be a detail-oriented professional with a passion for sustainability and a knack for data.
- Thrive in collaborative environments and be comfortable working independently.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Science or a related field.
- Have intermediate experience with MS Excel and Power BI.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience in process improvement and data integrity.
