Energy Infrastructure Specialist

The role of Electrical Inspector is crucial in ensuring compliance across the energy infrastructure network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries, assisting with compliance issues related to rules and regulations, and providing technical guidance to internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Attend to customer phone calls and enquiries regarding compliance issues
- Provide technical guidance to internal staff and electricity professionals
- Investigate and issue customer defect notices
- Support the Dispatch and Control Room with Faults and Emergencies
- Assist Network Connections team with metering and connection queries
To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, strong technical expertise, and hands-on experience. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously or within a team environment, and have the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
