**Event Coordinator Role**

This position plays a pivotal role in the planning and execution of various events within the organisation's calendar. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of these events to an exceptional standard.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining an up-to-date calendar of events
  • Sourcing suitable event locations and speakers
  • Coordinating speaker travel arrangements and materials
  • Providing on-site support during events to address any issues that may arise
  • Creating engaging event registration pages and post-event surveys
  • Overseeing event budgets and analysing feedback from attendees
  • Organising online events and troubleshooting technical difficulties

You will work closely with the Events team to deliver outstanding events. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in corporate events, with expertise in managing large-scale events and conferences.
